I suppose you can get away with it in some states that are not tied into the others staets computers, smaller states with smaller budgets.
They don;t have the resources to do those kind of checks.

But, I do know it is not legal to have them. You can only have a State ID in other states. Those you can have as many as you want.

No they gained't. as a fashion to get a drivers license in any state you want 2 issues a million) evidence of handle and 2) evidence of id (something with a signature on it). the different area of the evidence of id is the DMV working your Social secure practices selection by their equipment to locate frauds/reproduction purposes. So except you will desire to SSNs for some reason and evidence of place of abode...you will not destroy out with it. to respond to your 2d question, the previous license would not get as much as scruitny. once you're stopped and from a different state, the police will touch the DMV of the issuing state to make certain on your credentials and could locate that it became canceled once you acquire the hot license.

no you can not have to drivers license for different states you can have a CDL and DL of the same state. Besides even if you do have two different dl's the one in which you currently use cancels the other out because your SSN is on it.

When I moved and got a license in a new state, they wouldn't give it to me without turning in my old one (and it wasn't expired). So, I don't think so. You can check your DMV, but I think you can only have one.
