Is it wrong for a licensed "peace officer" to step on the heel of my shoe two times on purpose on the way out of Mass?

Is it ilegeal, if and or when it happens again may i might be able to press charges? For you pre-law students do not confuse my logic with riddles for even though I am a "college dropout, with a degree thats as useless as me" I did pass logic.

He did it one time I turned around and looked at his face he gave me a dirty look the next time he did it approximatley 2 seconds later and then he did it again with another nasty face. To be perfectly honest I do not plan on ever attending this church again.

No, but a lot of these people have issues, the main one being that they are ''power crazed''! Have you watched any of these shows like ''cops'' where they drag innocent people out of their cars and brutalize them the whole time chanting ''stop resisting, stop resisting!''. How about when they pursue a speeder and the civilian panics and doesn't stop. The next thing you know there's 15 police cruisers and a helicopter or two on the guy? Then they crash and smash him off the road and brutalize him with guns drawn, attack dogs biting, etc. How about this for a novel approach? Take the guy's plate # and pick him up later? How about just one car follows at a distance with maybe a helicopter overhead for support, the guy has to stop eventually, right?

Peace Officer? Stepping on the heel of your shoe? Are you sure it was on purpose, or just maybe walking to close to you, trying to get out of Mass?

If you prove it was done on purpose and if there is a reason for it like spite, then its a form of harrassment. If you have had a problem with this officer, and he continues to pick" on you, then have him reported and or call internal affairs. This is going to be a tough issue to prove, but if this officer has somthing against you, then its a form of harrassment and or retailation.

If the cop is being an @$$hole then press charges. If not, then step on his heels the very next chance you get. He obviously wants to play.

maybe he was walking too closely behind you when leaving , if intentional speak to him about it. if that doesn't help then talk to his superiors.
