Best thing would be to reserve certain seats for Upper Castes, rather than other way around. Already, Tamilnadu has 67% reservation and the Center has moved to 50.

What makes you think that the Congress government will be interested in such a move? It is the rulling party who promotes and instigates muslims and other minorities to use the vote bank.

# To have PRABHAT PHERI(morning demonstration) with COVERAGE IN NEWS PAPERS/ TV CHANNELS.
# To CONVINCE PEOPLE to DONATE 3 HOUR per week & 3% of INCOME.

I just hate politics!!! all lallu , raabri devi suck !!!!!.....I don't know what the hell they do !!!...they just need money and money and money!!! they are destroying INDIA!!!!...they should be thrown out of the country!!!...especially LALLU AND RAABRI DEVI!!!!..
