I think, perhaps your perception is slightly off. I would recommend seeing a doctor and having him check you out thoroughly. Perhaps what you are perceiving as crimes are just in your head. This doesn't mean you've done anything wrong, but you may need help. Best of luck. And PLEASE stop sending me the same e-mail over and over. I've already read your story 3 or 4 times. I think you need help, but not legal help.

Most of the time when this happens both parties have some responsibility in the conflict. If a lawyer refuses a case where he/she could make money, it is because the person wanting to hire them is at fault for a crime as well.

You need to examine your actions. If you have done something to bring on what has happened to you, you need to take responsibility for the consequences of your actions.

I am below the poverty level as well, but I know my rights and responsibilities. I know better than to do something stupid, then expect to be given restitution because I am poor. Too many people think that society owes them something. Honestly, you sound to me like one of these people.

Stand up and take responsibility for your life. You are in total control of what happens to you. You can't be a victim unless you allow it to happen.

If you are truly being wronged, then Nursecharlie's advice is right on target.

If the police refuse to file on someone there is nothing you can do except sue the person in civil court. A lawyer will not take a case of this nature with out first being paid, legal aid cannot intervene in a criminal matter and they cannot sue if their is a chance of you receiving any money. In most jurisdictions it would cost about $70.00 to file in small claims court, if you have proof then that would be the way to proceed!!

well you want to go the higher authorities than your local police if they refuse to do thier job however I caution you as they may be using informants and these may your criminals and that can get very tricky. we do have a balance and check system in our courts and police and all branches of law enforcement offices each individual branch had a higher branch they have to answer to as well as most states now have a citizen and offical panel that most police have to answer to when it comes to complaints . try your local county commissoner who is over the local police if tyhat does ot satify you the local mayor is over him or her then if that fails you can take it all the way to the governor or you may call the FBI to federal aid to investigate possible coruption at local levels and they would handle that part of the investigation..Look in your local phone book or government web pages and find the so called blue pages or web pages for local governemnt they will show the links to follow for your need. I am sorry you have had so much troublebut legal does not ever get involved in this they mainely handle divorce custody and legal aid never gets into criminal suits of any kind they are always cival only. as for any suits you may want to file why not look on the yellow pages and find an attorney that is willing to handle your cases by they type of case you have matching it to a lawyer that handles the type of suit you have is a good way to find an attprney they work by percentage suits.

You have to be more specific as to what these crimes are, if they are really crimes at all. Sometimes when people make false accusations the police turn thier heads. Ever heard the story of the boy who cried wolf?
