I know whatever I think or do won't help him, I just thought that was so fast . . . .I believe he's bad . . .but I still have mercy for him.

I am totally on your side in this... And tell me what is the point of execting him in the First day of muslims' feast. I think this is brutal and merciless... even if it is just.

It looked like kangaroo court on TV-OJ got a better decision.Wasn't Saddam an ally of the USA I remember seeing photos of him with a president.

Brutal and merciless?? News flash for you all: This isn't some reality tv show or soap opera. This is the real world, and please know that, if he could have, Saddam would have killed or raped you or maybe some one in your family.

Mercy is one thing. Stupidity is totally unacceptable. I cannot believe that people are turning this beast and his death into a merciless murder on OUR part.

It's been 3 years. It's fast by American standards, but hardly by the standards of Middle Eastern justice. They've been taking their time.

although he did some bad things he should have been given mercy,How is killing one person going to bring any help or the people of this one persons actions.

It was his own people who sentenced him to death. They were going according to their laws and beliefs. Once he was out of US custody and handed over to the Iraqi people, they did what they thought was just. It is in God's hands now.
