2. Call your Congressman and Senator tell them they are IDIOTS.
3. VOTE the bastards out of office.
4. Campain Finance Reform.
4a.Do not allow companies and weathly people "donate" money to have laws but into effect to law and policy.
4b.For every taxpayer $5 goes to the campain fund. Married -$10. Its really that SIMPLE.
5. Term limits on Congress and Senators to no more then 3 terms. And as for presidency - it two should be 3 terms. No changing of the current lenghts of terms so you get life with a single politcatian.

Unfortunately your legal system does not cater for the global economic protocols developed by the members of the G8. In many cases the USA have actively sort for free global trade and in doing so has caused many of the traditional labouring jobs to be sourced to other countries where it is cheaper to conduct the same work for a variety of different reasons.

As the US government has been elected by the people of that country you in essence would be litigating against the entire population of the US and not just against the government itself. Fundamentally you would be lodging a civil court Case against yourself.

The free trade agreements established by the governments of the USA over the past few decades have created an environment that does not permit low paying jobs to remain viable within the economy; something that the rest of the Western world has been stating for years but has been almost completely ignored. The US governments have established the rules to suit specific interest groups - unfortunately other countries can play by those rules better than the US, hence forth causing the US job market to be drawn off shore.

No. You cannot sue the federal government unless the federal government agrees.
Everyone in the US is affected, in some way, by the transfer of manufacturing jobs overseas. So everyone in the US sues the government. Lets say the plaintffs get awarded $10 trillion. How will the settlement be paid? Do we give ourselves $10 trillion?
It cannot be done.
We have a representative republic. You have to vote in the people who will do what you want.

Nope. You can't sue over policy decisions unless the policy requires that another law be broken. If the government breaks its own policy in an individual situation, that's one thing. However, if the policy doesn't violate another law or the constitution, the only way to change it is at the ballot box. And we don't want people suing to change laws unless the laws really violate the constitution or another law. Otherwise, what good are democratic elections?

Calm down.
Let me tell you the truth. It benefits US a lot by setting up factories in China. nobody is retard. Since the labor in china is pretty cheap, American bosses, companys can reduce their costs of production. What's more? American bosses make more money by doing so. most money are earned by U.S. China only sells its labor. That's the whole deal
if you are the boss, you will set up factories in China, too. Otherwise, other company will be more competitive than yours.
