Free speech and freedom of assembly. 1st Amendment.

As long as they are not making direct threats against individuals and not advocating immediate violence, what they say is protected. So, the govt can't silence them for what they say.

The first ammendment. they have a right to assemble, have a right to voice their opinion, no matter how unpopular. In this case, the KKK are the minorities, and their rights are protected, which is what our Constitution was designed to do, protect minorites.

Because every ethnic group has some type of organized representation except whites. God Bless Them!!! They're not condeming any minority, just making sure theirs' is represented. Whites are already the minority, someone needs to.

the constitution allows free speech . no matter how ugly or unpopular , you have a right to say it . others also have a right to not listen . the civil rights movement was unpopular with some people , yet their voice was heard .
