I am just curious as to why the police do not need to by law disclose any CCTV footage which would prove your innocence of a crime.

Why are CCTV footage mainly used for prosecution purposes?

I mean, how can you be loyal to one State and at the same time owe allegiance to another country? Is it true that "No man can serve two masters"?

Obama and Hilary..the course of conversation almost immediately goes to the fact that one of them is a woman and one of them is black????Well...duh..how does that have any relevance at all with their abilities or disabilities of running the country? Color and gender should not be a factor!!! What do u think?

I have 2 different $20 bill halves and I went to the bank and the told me that t hey can not give me a whole bill in return, because the bill has the same serial number in both (left & right) sides in the front, therefore there is a chance that somebody has the other half.

Why does the government allow people on foodstamps to buy things such as gum, certs, pop, etc. Its insane. I always assumed that companies such as M&M and Pepsi contribute so much to our wonderful politicians that they sell the taxpayers and the people on foodstamps out. Think about it. If you gave a loved one money to buy food and you see them in the store buying pop and gum almost all of us would be mad and would refuse to just hand over more money (we would probably just buy them good wholesome food ourselves) yet we are forced to continue to allow this abuse from people we don't know and possibly don't care about. Of all the people in this country who need guidance people who can't even afford to feed themselves top the list. I say we only allow them to use foodstamps on the basic foodstuff.

I have a son who is 13 years old who lives with his father. I have been made to believe by my ex husband's 2nd wife (the one after me) the my ex husband emotionally abuses my son. I was told that my ex refers to me as "the evil *****" instead of my son's mother, and that he yells at my son constantly. In fact, my ex's ex wife told me that while she and my ex were married, my ex drilled into my son's head that I am not his biological mother, that the step mother was. This among many other things makes me want to take custody of my son but I am afraid that my son is so brainwashed by this man that he may not see what is wrong with the living situation and he may tell the courts he wants to stay with my ex. I don't know what to do. Anyone ever been in a similar situation or have any ideas?

I posted about the bio not permitting me to have contact with my son during his visitation. The order we all agreed upon states that the child is to contact me at lease once per day and that he has a phone and can contact the mother whenever he wants. We asked the bio to have the child call around 7pm. The child has never called us, the bio doesn't ans his phone and the child's phone gets taken away from him.
We were going to progress from single overnights to full weekends this weekend... The child's therapist has tried to set-up a meeting w/the bio to discuss this issue but the bio has not been cooperative - that was over a month ago.
My attorney no longer practices, she just informed me, so I just sent a letter to his attorney myself - stating that he is in violation of the order and until this serious issue is resolved I am going to postpone the visitation...
What do you think his attorney will do?

my husband got a speeding ticket driveing home for an out of town job. the town he got the ticket is about 2-3 hours from where we live.anyway i got a phone call not too long ago saying he failed to appear and did not pay the ticket. and now he needs to pay almost 600 dollars . i made payment arangements to make 6 payments until it is paid off. the first time they called i gave them our new address to send the payment coupons to. he called again today saying he was calling about the "warrents" and that he needed the correct address. i called him back and said i gave you our new address the last time we spoke. and he was mad and rude saying that i did not. though thats not the point i did for a fact give him the new address i remember the entire conversation. this was the first time he refered to the citations as warrents. how does this work? because it happened in a different town do the warrents only apply in this town? I am going to make the payments im am not trying to gat out of

They told me that there restaurant policy allowed them to do this. Is this against the law? It feels like discrimination, but I'm not sure what to think of the matter. Can someone with any knowledge on this subject lend me a helping hand on what my legal options may be?
