Of course not! What a silly question! Judges are human just like everyone else. Their experiences will mold the way they see the world thus influincing every decision they make. Their job is to intrepret the laws and apply that intrepretation to each case. Many just do the best thay can and many are corrupt. The system isn't perfect but neither is life!

No way. Everyone has their pet peeves. For me, child rapists, wife beaters, and hate criminals would get the max. I would be more lenient on pot smokers and traffic offenses.
