my colleagues had 3 1/1 consultation mtgs ive been sick mtgs ends this week am i entitled to the same?

we are going through consultation there are 3 individual 1/1 I have only had 1 due to being off sick recovering from an an operation, the final 1/1 consultation is this week which will be only my second, am I entitled to a 3rd final as my colleagues.
