Sorry at 18 you are a woman not a girl. Even if they didn't pay you I don't think your enlistment papers allow you to leave. Remember it was CONTRACT you signed.

You need to work that out with your supervisor and they may be able to help you out with your pay problem. Maybe work part time on the side until it can be resolved.
BUt if you did go awol you would go to the Brig and have to go through captains mast and they can do a lot of things since it is time of war. Bench warrant for your arrest will sent out to all police agencies in the US and if you get pulled over for speeding they would hall you oiff to jail immediately.
Then they will send people to find you even if you were in another country. It is not worth it you might be let off easy or really hard you may need civil lawyer to help.
If you are caught in the act of AWOL they can make you stay in do hard time in the Brig-military jail for few months and then discharge it depends its not guarntee.

Penalties for going AWOL range from a bad-conduct discharge to a court martial and jail time.

Court martial and possible imprisonment and a less then honorable discharge.

The Army does not "not pay" servicemembers without a reason. If it is a mistake, she can get an interm payment by telling her commander.

Most likely her reduced pay is due to misconduct.
