I posted a mugshots of about 80 on my website, and im beign sued is there a law to protect me?

I didnt post any information about them or there name, I thought stuff like that was public record?

I dont have wether they are suspect or convicted they are mugshots of people that have been arrested i dont even list their names, oh there is a website that the jail has and when someone is booked they post there mugshots on their website and thats where i get them from.

80 what? Criminals? Suspects? If they're not yet convicted and only suspects, you can indeed have a problem. Get an attorney.
