These gang bangers are killing innocent people left and right, I thank the police for the job they're doing, but it's an overwhelming job. When does the general public take up ARMS and start fighting this war being imposed on us. Should these gang bangers start dieing left and right?

Sadly, my cousin overdosed on pot. He was just a kid. 19 years old, & a senior in high school. Everyone loved him. He was a football player, and an active member in our church.

One day during his senior year, he went to a party. Some liberal parents had gone out of town, & left their child unattended (why am I not surprised by the irresponsible parents) so of course, he threw a party. Well when my cousin arrived the kids were drinking, smoking, & behaving poorly.

Since most of these kids were passing around a marijuana cigarette, my cousin felt out of place. At first, he refused to smoke. But the kids kept putting peer pressure on him by saying things like, "one puff won't hurt you" & "all the cool kids are doing it." Finally, my cousin succumbed to the pressure, & took a puff.

Immediately he went into convulsions. Then he stopped breathing. Finally, his heart just gave out. By the time the paramdeics arrived it was too late. My Cousin was DOA!

Kids, learn to JUST SAY NO!

When Nancy Pelosi was elected Speaker of the House of Representatives, she promised to to enact serious, and long overdue, ethical reforms — to stop the growing trend of legislators and their families accepting gifts, trips, and jobs from lobbyists and corporations.

Well, some things never change.

Several days ago, Newsmax.com disclosed that in February, shortly after his mother became the first woman speaker, Paul Pelosi Jr., was hired by InfoUSA for $180,000 a year as its vice president for Strategic Planning. Pelosi also kept his other full-time day job as a mortgage loan officer for Countrywide Loans in California. And, unlike all of the other InfoUSA employees, he did not report to work at the company's headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska.

InfoUSA is the same company that has been cited by the New York Times for creating marketing lists that were used by con artists to fleece vulnerable elderly people. The lists had provocative names and offered the names of elderly people with cancer, elderly people with Alzheimer's and gamblers over 55 years of age who think their luck will change. After purchasing the lists, the con artists would call and convince the elderly person that they had actually ordered an expensive item. Once they received the victim's financial information, they often emptied their bank accounts, leaving many people penniless. Some of InfoUSA's internal e-mails suggest that company employees were aware that several of the companies they sold the lists to were under investigation.

And InfoUSA is also the same company that Bill Clinton works for as a consultant, and for which the former president was paid $3.3 million over the past five years. In addition, the Clintons got $900,000 worth of free travel.

Pelosi insisted that the unusual job opportunity had nothing to do with his relationship with his famous and influential mother. He just sent in an application for a job and they hired him.

Of course.

I recently found out that I had a $995.00 bill from a doctor that i have NEVER even met. The physician's office reported it to a collection agency, and the doctor will take no responsibility, of course. The collection agency basically tells me, "tough luck, pay it." I have told them that I will not pay for something I didn't do. I have tried dealing with the doctor and the bill collector, but they tell me there is nothing they can do to help me. Is this true? The incident occurred in 2001 and I just became aware of the problem. I would greatly appreciate some help with this matter. Thank you for your help!

Okay my situation is my "manager" i beleive does not like me that much. I had an incident last week where i was approached and verbually abused by another staff member infront of other staff so i left work because i was upset and even more upset that my "manager"was there when it happened. Now he is saying that i am in big trouble for leaving work because i should have just stayed at work and "copped it on the chin"Do you think this is right?? Now he makes fun at the way i talk, says things to me like "dont back your bum onto me" (when i acedently bump him) And goes and looks at the cameras and makes sure i leave and finish work to the time i am writing on my time sheet (even though i am fulltime and have to do 40hrs a week) and then questions me if i dont write the correct time down but i actually did i just didnt start at that time cause the other girl was late and she has the keys and he said "to bad" Is it right what he is doing?

My husband pays child support for his son. I am currently 7 months pregnant. My question is, if he were to go back to court, would his child support for his son be lowered since there is a new baby he will also need to support? Right now his support is $400/month.

I got into an argument with my girlfriend the other day, and she got really sassy with me. I'm sorry to say that I lost it and smacked her. I hit her harder than I thought because I was drunk, and she fell back.

She got up, and started screaming at me. I started to approach her again. I wasn't going to hit her, but she thought I was, and she kicked me in the balls. Real hard. I fell down, and by the time I could breath and get back on my feet, someone --maybe a neighbor--had called the police.

After we both told our stories, I ended up spending the night in jail. The police said that I was the "primary agressor" becasue I started it, and I was a bigger threat, and she felt "reasonably threatened" to act in self-defense.

What I don't get is, how is that self-defense, to respond to a slap with a kick in the balls? She knows I'm no threat to her. I think that I was treated unfairly. Is there any recourse I have? Can I have her charged with assault

office assisted me in presenting the evidence to the Pierce County Prosicuting Attourney since the crime was committed in the Appeals Court in Pierce County. I was also directed by a legislative attourney to take this evidence to the State Bar Association. Both the Pierce County Appeals Court and the Washington State Bar Association refused to hear, investigate or acknowledge this crime. Any serious suggestions as to what I should do next in my pursuit of justice in this matter.

http://www.cnn.com/2007/law/06/08/w...

I'll sum it up if you don't know. A woman shot her preacher husband with shotgun while he slept. She said he abused her and forced to have sex she didn't want to. There was zero proof of any of this except a wig and platform shoes which she more than likely wore willingly. 10 out of the 12 jurors were women. The foreman who was a man said that they wanted her to get off clean.

When a man murders his wife he is rightfully thrown in prison for life or given the death penalty. Here a woman is virtually getting away with cold blooded murder and no one seems to be outraged. This seems to be common place.

First off, let me state that I by no means am a fan of Paris Hilton. Nor do I think celebrities should get slaps on the wrist.

But I also don't think celebrities should receive harsher punishments for crimes that the average person would get.

Some media pundit on the news stated that most people would do about 2 days in jail for the crime Paris did, and then a month or so of house arrest. I can't help but think the judge was caught up in her celebrity and status, instead of just looking at the offense itself, and treating it like he would treat any other similar case.

A judge is supposed to be neutral, and go by the law and the books, and not get caught up in someone's celebrity status or personal life. That's none of his business as a judge in a court of law.

Can someone who knows a little about the law explain if Hilton did or did not get the typical amount of time for this offense?

"Would you call this number, cuss them out, then hang up?"

Then list the number.
Is this illegal?
