I will have a ticket for false statement to police officer and i was wondering if its the same with adults if the fine goes unpaid that they will issue a warrant and i will just have to sit out the time.

It's really up to the judge, but yes they can issue an arrest warrant.

Making a false statement is a crime I believe. There is a difference between an unpaid fine and making a false statement so there is something wrong with your question! Sixteen year-olds don't get arrested and have to go to an adult court. That is illegal!

Juveniles are charged in Juvenile court for crimes, but go to adult court only if certified as an adult, or a driving issue, which is a ticket!

Yes, the Police can have you charged as an adult, in Georgia it is 14 when you already are considered an adult. If you don't pay the fine they will charge you and make you come to Court. Think Paris Hilton then! Judges can get pissed when they have to come after you.
