This sounds like it is going be a very expensive lesson for you to learn the hard way.

As the terms and conditions to register on Ebay is that the user is certfiying that they are of at least 18 years of age and can enter into a legally binding contract. You must have either used your parents account, or perpetrated a fraud to acquire an account on Ebay, either of which will nullify your claim that the contract should now be nullified because you are a minor.

Much of the rest of your claim would depend on exactly how the seller worded the posting for car on Ebay (if he indicated anywhere the car is sold AS IS and/or ALL SALES FINAL you would not have a valid claim) and it you met due diligence requirements by taking the car to a certified mechanic PRIOR to making a bid on the car.

Lemon laws only apply if a car has under 100,000 miles on them.

Your parents could try (as you are a minor, they would have to bring the suit) to sue in Small Claims Court, but the the advent of getting a verdict in their/your favor is likely slim to none.

Who wrote the bill of sale? You? Or him?
Does it have as many errors as your question?
How do you even know what you bought or what the bill of sale said you paid for. As far as under 18, depends on where you live, the value of the item, etc. You want to invalidate all sales to minors, or just yours? The shopping malls would really love you if no minors were allowed to make purchases. Wat kind of car is it? why does it take a $300.00 starter, or was that purchased used on e-bay also.
Talk to your father, and tell him ALL of the details. He and his friends can help you better that we can.

Three levels of help:
1. administrative rules with eBay and paypal, designed to deter this type of fraud by sellers. You can also report them to eBay and get useful advice from the eBay community on what other steps you need to take immediately.
2. statutes that protect car buyers (and others) from fraud where a seller intentionally misrepresents a material fact (you can sue for fraud or bring criminal charges, or both).
3. common law and statutory relief for anyone under the age of majority (in your jurisdiction), meaning nearly any contract is voidable at your request (it isn't your problem, if you don't want it to be).

Do not let them get away with this by accidentally missing any of the deadlines provided in each case! Make them pay you back or to explain to a court why they don't have to.

I don't know where you live but there is a lemon law and also you need to call legal aid or an attorney.

If you do not know your rights you do not have any.

find out your rights.
