Okay my situation is my "manager" i beleive does not like me that much. I had an incident last week where i was approached and verbually abused by another staff member infront of other staff so i left work because i was upset and even more upset that my "manager"was there when it happened. Now he is saying that i am in big trouble for leaving work because i should have just stayed at work and "copped it on the chin"Do you think this is right?? Now he makes fun at the way i talk, says things to me like "dont back your bum onto me" (when i acedently bump him) And goes and looks at the cameras and makes sure i leave and finish work to the time i am writing on my time sheet (even though i am fulltime and have to do 40hrs a week) and then questions me if i dont write the correct time down but i actually did i just didnt start at that time cause the other girl was late and she has the keys and he said "to bad" Is it right what he is doing?

Certainly, he is right when it comes to your correct time. Because the other girl who has the keys is late, you do not have the right to claim an incorrect time. You should bring it to the supervisor at the time it happens so it can be resolved. If you do not want to "tell" on the late girl, then live with the consequences. On the other hand, he is wrong to harass you, make fun of you, and/or tolerate other employees insulting you. You have grounds, it would seem to me, for charges against your manager. However, I am not a lawyer, and you need to consult one to see just what your rights are under these circumstances. Good luck!!

Usually, the fact that you left work like you did would get you fired. I come from a time when there were no forms of protection for the laborer/employee in cases like this.
However, in this case something is very wrong at the work place in question. A recommendation would be; to find another job and leave the ignorant jerks behind. Since it is not exactly that easy to just get another job right away, I recommend going to a Human Relations department of your present employer.
As you are being badgered to go out the door purposely for what ever reason, it is important for you to take action and try to protect yourself.
If there is no H/R then you have no choice but to find something else. I think you will stand up for yourself and find a way to get this resolved.
Most companies have a Human Resources Department. You can start there.

well you said bum, so it sounds as if your english, i am not sure of thier laws but in the states you can right up a report for harrasment, you should not have left work, but it does sound as if he has something against you, i would be considering looking for another job or just having a talk with him,, being open with him will give you an idea where you stand, and if that does not work then write a letter to his boss and explain everything, i wish you joy

It sounds like your manager and the person who abused you haven't grown up. Maybe they got away with it in school, and now they think they can do it at work. When a person is treated this way at work, it sets the tone for a bad working environment for everybody, and it is bad for business, too. Talk to your boss's boss, and if that doesn't work, go further up.

If you have a Human Resources Department you need to talk to them. Otherwise talk to your boss' boss. They do not need to be talking to you that way. If your boss is as high as it goes then call your state department of employment. They can advise you what to do. Personally if I were the boss in that situation (I have 80 people reporting to me) I would talk to the one who is bugging you. I would also talk to you. We would all come to an agreement. There is no place for harrassment, bullying or public embarassment in the work place.

If I were you I would go to the doctor and explain this to the doc. Then I would go to a lawer and see if I have a case aginst the employer for workplace violence.

Why didn't you stick up for yourself instead of leaving? Screw the crap you learned in public school."When in doubt, knock 'em out".
