If in the policy that you signed when you go hired, it said males couldn't wear earings. Counld the employer fire you? I think that its discrimination. If females can wear them guys should be able to also. Same difference, right.

Why does humanity not come up with a better resolution than to destroy People and Property in the settling of disputes amongst Countries and its inhabitants? Is this not evil in itself? Why is it not possible to have peace amongst us on this Earth that we all reside on?

IMAGINE some GOVERNMENT maternity hospital's doctor 'D' gives NAME & ADRESSES of few of her patients who delivered babies there; to some other doctor ' L' for L's PERSONAL use ,
WITHOUT taking CONSENT of those patients.
'L' don't have any professional relation with those patients in any way.
Q1~~Is not it BREACH of PROFESSIONAL SECRECY by 'D'?
Q2~~Are both of them ( D & L ) responsible for it or only D is responsible for breaching privacy of patients ?
Q3~~What actions can be taken against such docters by aggrieved patients?
Q4~~What kind of punishment is given to doctors for such acts ?
Q5~~What if the same act is done by other NON-Medical staff of that maternity hospital in INDIA?

I have a court date coming up (minor) and this cop stops me right, and he was so mean. He stopped me because of my tints where to dark. I tired to explain to him that my daughter has Eczema and I rather not have the sun on her skin. He would not even let me finish what I wanted to say. He was like "tell it to the judge." Man I pray he don't show up! He gave me a $60.00 ticket for tints and I also tried to explain to him that a cop had already stop me a few days before for the same reason and he just gave me a repair order. I had a doctor's note in my car and he did no want to see that either. It stated that the baby has bad eczema. I did not get a public defender. But what should I do? Like plea guilty if he is there and explain my story or plea not guilty.

We live in a mobile home park. It is a pretty nice one. But the houses are still pretty close together. We have been having problems with our neighbor ever since they moved in over a year ago. Aside from them being loud and fighting all the time they have a dog (a very large german shephard) who is mean and bites. We have reported them to the park many times and they have been keeping control of their dog for the most part. But I have two small children and I still worry. The last straw came yesterday when my daughter (3 yr) started repeating what the neighbor was saying. Stuff like "That is so F---ing funny!" I am pretty sure that my neighbor is psycho is very violent (atleast this is how he seems with his own family) so talking to him about it is out of the question. The park said there isn't anything they can do unless other neighbors complain about them. Is there anything else I can do? Legally maybe? Thank you for you help.

I know that employers have the right to search, but only under certain conditions. I was under the impression that they were only allowed to search if they had cause. They aren't allowed to search systematicaly, every person, in front of all the employees. And they aren't allowed to terminate the employee on the spot if they find merchandise that mihgt not have been paid for or other materials that might conflict with their policies. I know that companies are allowed to search if it is for security purposes, but isn't it taking it too far when they're checking and employee's bag every time they leave the store? Keep in mind that this store is in a mall, and has no bathroom of it's own. The employee has to leave the store to use a restroom. I just want to know where the boundary lines a drawn and what exactly the employer can and cannot do. And if the employee's rights have been violated, what can the employee do about it?

The Colorado constitution now says: "Marriage can only exist between a man and a woman." Can you imagine learning about a consitution and reading that line after learning about all the rights GIVEN to a group of people. Looking at the national constitution, it says all men are created equal, and grants us rights to bear arms, the right to vote (if you're black or female or under 21)...the constitution is a place to grant rights, and place where important rights have been added over time since the 1700s. Would our forefathers roll in their graves if they knew that we were using the constitution to ban people from rights?

... just for them to figure it out for themselves?

My grade teachers always pulled that crap but then I went to college where we get hardly any homework, yet come the end of the semester I know everything because the college teachers actually teach. It seems like grade teachers are just too damn lazy and need a kick in the @ss like 'No Child Left Behind' to figure out their job description.

I'm not mad at her damn if I could do it I would but the system sucks. It proves that doing things correctly is a punishment. You are rewarded for doing things wrong. She gets free healthcare I cut my hand need stitches it costs me $1000 out of pocket. I wasnt born rich and am trying to be the 1st one in my family to earn my college education but I'm starting to think why? The more I try to better myself the deeper in debt I get. I'm venting sorry

I moved out of my brother's house & went to a shelter because he was beating on me & taking my money & stealing from me & invading my privacy. Since I just moved out on Friday, I didn't get a chance to get a PO Box yet. I had some very important mail that was supposed to come, regarding my food stamps. If my brother refuses to give me my mail, is that a criminal or civil suit?

Tomorrow, I WILL be going to get a PB Box. I need to return his keys, but I'm afraid that if I go to his doorstep to return them, he might either hurt me or just straight call the police on me. Do you think I would be safer to return the keys to his landlord? I just found out that he had me living with him illegally & didn't even put me on the lease.

He took the money I gave him for rent & spent it on partying with his friends & buying cigarettes & pizza & had nerve to not share any pizza with me. Now he's wondering how the rent, lights, water, phone, etc. will be paid.

An addiction to heroin is just that , other than being addictive there are no harmful side effects other than may-be constipation which is more annoying than harmful. Alchohol addiction though can be physically and mentally destructive, I can't think of a drug like alchohol that has such far reaching absolute devastation and yet the canadian gov'mt sees fit to keep this drug illegal and heroin illegal.
There's probably going to be many people that read this and won't believe that Heroin, that as Canadians we've told time and time again about the evils of heroin and the destruction of alchohol is down-played, yet the truth is, an addiction to legal heroin compared to a addiction to alchohol is so much safer . Our goverment has lied to Canadians how bad heroin is while down playing the absolute devastation and misery that the drug alchohol causes in this country .
Why aren't Canadians told the truth. As a drug heroin is in fact very safe.
