his came out well but my mans turned out bad and he treated it the way he should he went back to the place were he got it done fair enough they give him back the money he paid and a tenner with it but he also went to the doctors he gave him antibiotics for celulotious saying it was infected now there is a rash coming on his arm and getting worse any solicitors out there should he take them to court need to no it is giving tattooists that are brilliant at their work bad nam

really sorry to hear what you have gone through, i would contact a lawyer and take it all the way, also let health and safety officer at your local council, they will do a spot check, if they fail, they will be shut done, hope you get it all sorted, all the best

If you can prove that the infection and the rash are from the tattooist and not something that can happen to anyone then you might have a case, but in all reality, your bf should have researched the person putting permanent ink on him before he had it done. If he knows tattooists that are good at what they do, he should have went to them. Did the person have a photo book of other work they have done? Do they work in a shop or from home?

Your question doesn't say licensed and inspected. It just says the guy told you he was trained. If the shop was licensed and inspected, I'm sure he did all he is legally required to do by refunding the money plus a little more. But the infection should be reported to local health authorities because the shop needs to be inspected and possibly closed down. Your boyfriend won't get any more money, but he could stop the guy from infecting any more people.

Down any High Street in almost any town you will find solicitors that operate a " no win no fee " service for accidents and injuries.
No one reading this knows all the details of the case, find a no win no fee solicitor to look at the details.
They will look at your blokes case and pass an expert opinion.

He wouldn't stand a snowballs chance in hell, firstly he could never prove he cared for it as directed
Secondly I think the court would say he should have been aware of the possible consequences of having needles and ink being thrust into the skin, I think it would be like suing a cigarette manufacturer

If it was done in a shop they must have insurance for just such an occasion so as long as he has had medical attention and it has been noted you can get compensation! go to a no win no fee solicitor and they will take your case to court! x
