Hi -

is it only downloading that is illegal? I live in europe at the moment as do many other military personal and we don't have access to stream the shows from the broadcast website like abc or the cw. there are other websites that repost these broadcasts so everyone around the world can see them too. Is it wrong to be watching these streams? ( I would not include movies in this because like I said the networks themselves are offering the shows for free in the U.S.) We are U.S. citizens too!!! But I really don't want to do something wrong - so streaming instead of downloading???
Does someone have a legal reference?

I want to spectate a court hearing, but I only want to spectate the interesting ones when I have time. I know I can walk into any court and spectate it as long as it's a public trial.

Having that said, how do you actually check the schedule for the district couts, circuits courts of appeal and the supreme court? Is there a schedule you can see online, or do you have to call the court to know the schedule or is there any other way?

For instance, I live in wyoming and I want to know what court hearings are there on the website http://www.courts.state.wy.us/, but could not find any schedule.

And while I'm at it, I want to know if any cases related to murder are typically open or closed trials.

I guess I will have ticket! my question is will they send the picture of my car with me inside it to my apartment as well? I'm thrilled, that was absolutely ridiculous. The guys cleaners lost his pants and he sued for 54 mill. They offered him $11,000 to drop the case and he refused it. Just this week he was fired from his judge job as lawyer advisor or something like that. Are you happy he got fired? I am thrilled. Somone who is that crazy and unreasonable and lacks common sense that much should not be involved with the law system at all.

My dad said that if I decide to leave at 18, which I have assured him I will, he can still call the police to find out where I am just to "check up on" me. Even if I have made it known I never want to see him again and have no intention of telling him where I'm going. Can the cops actually come and search for me, then tell him where I'm at?? This doesn't sound right to me. I'd cry. My father is a creep.

he signed the paper the day before he died high on morphine. since his death she cleaned out his bank account w/ checks he had signed so she can pay his bills that she never paid. she also took the cash he gave her to pay for the services. he assured me it was paid for. even tho he signed over life rights is there anyway we can get her out of there? if laws are different in each state just FYI i am in NY thanks for you help

Since we allow those closest to our borders to immigrate themselves by the millions how about allowing Asians, Africans, Philipinos and Canadians to immigrate themselves and overload our medical and welfare and other systems. Also over load various jobs by the thousands.

It seems like the courts are now saying that it is not humaine to put someone to death(even by injection). It doesn't seem to matter how they have murdered, or who they have murdered and why they murdered! Is it really so inhumane to put someone to death whom has raped and murdered countless innocent children? If you listen to what the courts are saying now, it is WRONG! I do not know? Sometimes I think our country has lost it collective minds!! Anyway...what is you opinion on this issue?

Am American citizen parks his car illegally and gets a ticket. One year later he still hasn't paid the ticket and his license is taken away.

An immigrant sneaks across our border and enters the USA illegally. One year later he is still here illegally and NY city gives him a drivers license.

Am I missing something here or are politicians more concerned about illegals than citizens? If we can't throw out the illegals why are we not throwing out these phony politicians? Could someone help me understand this?

Is it illegal due to some biohazardous waste protection laws that prevent someone from doing this?
Is it even possible to register someone unborn as deceased?
If not, who would give a plot of land to bury an unborn child?

I lost my diary at school, and a counselor found it and read it. It contains my personal thoughts, and records my actions. I have written in it about a suicide attempt too, but of course it was a "fake" or "gesture" towards one. I felt that her reading it without my permission was a violation of my privacy.
