I purchased a snowsuit from a woman off of ebay that claimed the snowsuit was new and was never worn, she bought it as a gift for someone. It was to have come with mittens and booties. When I recived it, it was missing the mittens, a button was pulled out on it, and it looked washed/worn even tho she said clearly it was in "perfect condition". I emailed her about it and she gave me this sap story about how her husband is having foot sergery, and she is moving and her car transmission has broke down. What should I do? I feel like submitting negative feedback will be like a slap on the hand for doing something more diserving (false advertisement, forgeting to ship entire product, guilting me into forgiving her, etc...).

My grandmother created a will and later changed her mind and gave it all to the older grandchild. There was a problem with the cousin and older grandson. So she just gave it all to the older grandson to stop the fuss. But now I need to know what happens when she dies inreference to the will. The bank accounts that is listed on the will have been closed out. The house have been sold to pay for some of her bills at the nursing home. So do I still have to file the will in probate. I live in SC and my grandmother lives in NY.

I was issued a ticket in the city by a city police officer. He quoted a state statute for citing me. I think he has to cite a city ordinance for this ticket to stick. Otherwise it can be dismissed? Is that correct? Educated, knowledgeable answers only, please. This is Florida law. Thanks!

We hired an attorney for a criminal matter and gave him a $5000 retainer. He told us that it could go up more, possibly to $10000 dollars. We told him that we would not be able to pay the remainder off until January and he said that was fine. Now, apparently (I do not know how) the retainer is used up and he wants $5000 more and he said that it is due now. We told him that we would no have i until January and he said that we have to pay him now. We told him just not to do anymore work on the case and he said that it does not matter that we agreed that the case could go up to $10000, so we owe him that money even if he does not do the work on it. We've paid 5 grand, he has done work for 5 grand. We are not at all happy with his services, do we have to pay him the other 5 grand even if he has not done work on it or can we just fire him?

about 5 weeks ago i left my place or employment due to sexual harassment by my female supervisor. i wrote a statement and a complaint 5 weeks ago, but unfortunately the company ignored it, so i was forced to quit. due to the fact the company did not want to pay unemployment and possibly face a lawsuit, they finally conducted an investigation and found the female supervisor guilty, now they want me to come back and they will get rid of the supervisor. my question is should i go back to work, or file for a lawsuit??

I was raised in Orlando Fl in a upper middle class high school. I knew no one that was a virgin after they were 15, i had heard of rumors of them in the really unattractive kids.
My point is that my experience was that we had all had sex by the time we were 15, most were 12 and 13. Several girls maybe 20 that i knew dropped out from pregnancies...Telling kids not to do it is like talking to a chair. Why is there so much opposition to it? It seems necessary to me,,,,

From the Constitution:

Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime where of the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2. Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

Clearly, the Draft constitutes "involuntary servitude" and it is absolutely absurd to attempt to claim otherwise. It may also constitute outright slavery. So, unless it is a criminal act to fall within the eligible age for the draft, it is blatantly unconstitutional no matter how statists choose to attempt to justify it. And, since the American people are not required to follow unconstitutional laws and are supposed to uphold the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, they have a responsibility not to register for the draft, to accept being drafted, or to accept being tossed in jail. They simply have a responsibility to resist.
