Yes the school should be able to search lockers. You don't own the property that the locker is on, the state does. Besides schools can only search lockers when they have probable cause. These causes might include a drug dog confirming the scent of illegal drugs in a locker or a suspected theft.

Yes, they should. The locker doesn't really belong to the student, it belongs to the school. If a school has to search a locker in order to keep the other kids safe, then they have every right. Students shouldn't have drugs or any illegal substances in their locker anyway.

The locker belongs to the school and not to the student. They can search it anytime they want. Students should not have illegal substances in their locker or on their person.

Absolutely. The lockers are the property of the school, not the student. If you don't want it seen, don't take it to school. I would much rather feel confident that my kids are at a school where the administrator's can search a suspected locker than have another shooting or something b/c they can't search.

at the same time as i have no spell that is composed of thoughts, i imagine a actuality spell will be appropriate in this problem. Your gut would not lie, even in spite of the indisputable fact that your persons would. in case you recognize any spells which will call the rings back to you, perhaps you should attempt that. solid the spell, and wait some days for them to position in an visual attraction. in the journey that they don't, then i'd do the reality spell. once you're a Wiccan practicioner, then you actually might want to keep in mind that the spell should be created by technique of you because you could high quality song it on your precise choose or choose, and would have a more advantageous probability of fulfillment. someone merely handing you a spell to do has no which skill except you could come across with it, and it would not inevitably paintings as well.

The locker belongs to the school, and they allow students to borrow that property, but as the property owner, they have a right to allow it to be searched.

Now, searching your car, which is on school property, is a bit harder, but it is the same thing. As a condition for being allowed to park on school property, they have the right to inspect your car, with say, a drug dog. If you park on the street, then they can't just search your car.

The lockers that you put your things in are not your property, that's how they can get away with that. It may be unethical, except for situations when there is reliable information that someone possesses a gun or other harmful materials.

No they are not unethical. However, the student should be allowed to be present to ensure his belongings are not destroyed. If drugs, weapons or alcohol, or stolen goods are found they should be confiscated but the student's rightful and legal possessions should not be destroyed.
