I'm not asking ,here, about the morality of state exicutions.; but rather, how legal exicutions should be done.
There have been many objections to recent exicutions where the person being exicuted seemed to be in great pain.

Once society has decided that capital punishment is legal, according to the constitution, it should be done in the manner that society deems most humane .

I have another, what is probably a one-man, opinion on this one.

While there exists individuals who, by their own behavior, demand immediate execution,....

I question the condition of our legal system. I do not trust our system to decide who should be executed. We have too much politics involved and a disgusting situation where
Prosecutors, all too often, make decisions based upon their political aspirations.

This is a sorry system and it is ours.

Because humans weren't meant to end the life of someone else. That should only be done by God alone. It's not "easy" to kill someone.

wait a minute, you can't call any execution "humane", unless you don't tell them ur killing them, and then suddenly do while they're sleeping. But that would be hard.
