Unless you live in a dictatorship, a person has a reasonable right to privacy which nudity would fall under, therefore, the answer is no.
Another thing to consider is that what is "hot" is very subjective; there are lots of movie stars that think they are "hot" or that are huge box office draws that would be just plain fug in the buff.
Would you really want to see "hot" stars like the "Napoleon Dynomite" guy, Queen Latifa, Monique, Robin Williams or Larry The Cable guy frolicking on the big screen naked?

edit: really hot MALE movie stars should though. Most of them don't do one.
