Paris Hilton was taken from a courtroom screaming and crying Friday seconds after a judge ordered her returned to jail to serve out her entire 45-day sentence for a parole violation in a reckless driving case.

"It's not right!" shouted the weeping Hilton. "Mom!" she called out to her mother in the audience.

Hilton, who was brought to court in handcuffs in a sheriff's car, came into the courtroom disheveled and weeping. Her hair was askew and she wore a gray fuzzy sweatshirt over slacks. She wore no makeup and she cried throughout the hearing.

We know he stole documents, stuffed them in his pants, shirt and socks...then said OOPS!!! the documents likely showed clinton's mistakes that led up to 9/11 and the information clinton's team was given about the highjackers....

if any one of us did this crime we would be in prison for 20 years or more.
why is sandy burgler still not in prison? what does he have to hide that he had to steal top secret documents and destroy them?

You know this is not fair at all and it just makes me upset to see how money manipulate the laws!!. I wonder what would happend if all those people that had to serve time for DUI, ask the NEW! Hilton priviledge? I think she needs to be equal as every idiot that decides to ignore the law! It wouldn't be fair at all that she gets out! who agrees with me? and how come MADD is not protesting?

So a woman can choose to have an abortion and the "father" says he wants the baby. he files an injunction and is denied because he gave his sperm to her, it is now hers and not his.

(As I recall correctly, this did actually happen)

and she gets her abortion.

So, if she chose not have an abortion and he didnt want the kid, could we argue that the sperm is now hers alone and she is solely responsible for the child as thats exactly what she would have argued if she had chosen abortion?

Or is it just a double standard????

My wife works in a day care nursery, she has just come home to tell me that she has been told off for taking time off when our kids have been sick.
We have 2 daughters and in the past 7 months my wife has had 5 days off because of either 1 of them being ill.
Her boss has told her to make alternative arrangements to have them looked after when ill.
I work away from home alot, her mother works and her grandparents are disabled.
Her boss has told her to leave the kids with one of our neighbours as an altenative arrangement.
I believe that her boss is wrong.
my wife is contracted to work 18 hours each week and always does more than this so in reality the time she has taken off due to our kids being ill is above and beyond what she is contracted to work anyway.
Surely her boss should have systems in place to cover for staff either being ill or having sick kids at home.
Her boss doesn't have any kids of her own

Where can i find the answer to this situation - the owner of our company decided to close the office for a week and in doing so forced everyone to use their earned vacation to cover that week that the office was closed. I need to find out if this is legal. We are under no contract that stipulates that we must take our vacation at a mandated time and because of this, we werent able to take our vacations when we would have liked as many of us only had enough vacation time to cover that week we were forced off. Some didnt get paid because they had no vacation.

I heard a report on the radio news that said there is a problem in Miami, Florida (and some other cities in the U.S.) pertaining to the fact that some policemen and paramedics ONLY speak Spanish and therefore a life threatening situation can arise when they are called to a home that doesn’t speak Spanish. It sounds like the tables have turned.

My opinion is that in Miami, police & paramedics should speak both English and Spanish since a large part of Miami’s population only speaks Spanish. HOWEVER, they most certainly need to speak English. This is the United States of America right? What is your opinion?
