You know this is not fair at all and it just makes me upset to see how money manipulate the laws!!. I wonder what would happend if all those people that had to serve time for DUI, ask the NEW! Hilton priviledge? I think she needs to be equal as every idiot that decides to ignore the law! It wouldn't be fair at all that she gets out! who agrees with me? and how come MADD is not protesting?

If I were a DUI perpetrator and was up for trial, though I never would be because I am not stupid enough to drink and drive, I would definitely cite her case in my defense to get a lighter sentence. Would it work? Probably not, but it would be a legitimate legal argument.

i dont know why MADD doesnt protest against all those little starlets driving around drunk, i've often wondered about that. paris hilton needs to take her *** to jail and get gang banged, and so does nicole ritchie. if the cops found me parked on the wrong side of the freeway, too ****** up to even pretend to be sober, i would have been arrested so fast and charged with a dui, reckless endangerment, using the car as a weapon, whatever the **** the cops could come up with. MADD are a bunch of ******* and they need to get on it. maybe they're scared that if they start in on the celebs they wont get the celebrity endorsements and spokespeople for their cause.

If you think about it, she has it worse. She's put in the public eye for everyone to pick her apart...theres tv shows and people on national tv saying mean humiluating things about her...Most people wouldn't be able to deal...and she has to do it all with a smile on her face...
Personally I think the money should give her different treatment, she should do something that is going to give back to the community, wether its community service or donations...instead of sitting in jail feeding her with our tax dollars.

Being charged with a dui just as an everyday person is embarassing enough, but when the whole world knows you f**ked up, it takes it to a different level....

confident, she became arrested. Do I care? no longer likely. i do no longer even think of she could be commonplace. She has no genuine expertise different than inheriting money and performing obnoxious and spoiled on digicam. I do could say, the single redeeming high quality is she does do charity artwork. If she does get convicted of a DUI, i wish she grows up a splash, yet I doubt it.

Actually if you go by what the Sheriff said, most only do 10% of their sentence anyway due to the overcrowding in the jail.

I don't like P. Hilt any more than the rest of the world. But if it was my skinny-@ss sister or cousin or friend, I wouldn't want her hanging out in the Lynwood clink with all those rough ladies. She didn't hurt anyone, she didn't steal, so I think a couple days in jail is fine. Remember she was in solitary confinement which totally sucks. Let he slide, she'll do something stupid we can all make fun of soon.

the judge is pissed that she got out so her. So if they can prove that her illness was really really bad that they had no choice to let her out then those cops or detention officers and are going to be in major trouble. and most likely she will have to go back to jail and finish the rest of her sentance.

Most people get 48 hrs., community service, a fine &
a suspended license.
What they are doing to Paris is overkill & a disgusting
look at American behavior.
Something is wrong with our society when
people are delighted with someone else's misfortune.
