Yes, the twenty-seventh Amendment makes sex illegal on airplanes UNLESS at least one of the parties is a member of the flight crew OR is a licensed sex therapist. Oral sex is NOT prohibited on airplanes. Former President Clinton was nearly charged for that while aboard Air Force One, but the indictment was quashed.

Alot of it has to do with the flight crew. If they discover what you're up to they have the option of informing the captin so he can decide if he wants to have authorities meet you at the gate, or they can simply ask to to return to your seat. However, if a member of the flight crew asks you to return to your seat and you don't, then you could be arrested upon landing for failing to comply with crew instructions. I have a friend who is a flight attendant. He usually looks the other way when people do this. He will ask them to return to their seats, but that's about all he usually does. Do you have any idea how dirty a plane bathroom is? They can be pretty nasty. I'd never want to try to have sex in one, but to each his own. BTW- Have you ever thought about how dirty the blankets are on a plane? Use your imagination on that one. My friend has pulled used condoms out of the seat back pockets on more than on occasion.

It depends on the plane. On private aircraft, anything that doesn't interfere with safety would be fine--it's about the same as any other private space. It would be hard to attain the level of privacy needed while flying commercial, though--the lavatory maybe? Doing it in the cabin would surely lead to an arrest and probably jail time as most odd or disturbing does.

I dont think its illegal but let me tell you that the last time I flew anywhere there was a young couple in the seats by me who were "petting" so much it was totally embarassing for me and everyone else near by. It makes other people really uncomfortable and most of us wished they would just stop.

Yes you can. Having sex in a public place is considered lewd conduct. Oddly enough, public restrooms, even with the door shut, have been held to be public places - gay men have been prosecuted for lewd behavior in restroom stalls.
Anywhere on a plane would be considered a public place.

Not illegal I'd have thought, and in fact the pilot is the one most likely to do it, y'know, autopilot was invented for a reason, and long haul flights get so lonely...

I would think so especially if you are the pilot and forget to land at the right airport because you were er otherwise occupied.

I would say so. It's a public place and performing an obscene act ( I personally don't care) in public is a no-no.
If you talking about the toilet, it's still a no-no.
