You seem to have scooped all the major news organizations with this connection. You had better call the ACLU and TELL them they are supporting Paris Hilton, because I don't think they know about it.

Yes, I am glad that there is a watchdog like the ACLU. I certainly don't agree with many of the people they defend, but I do understand the necessity of defending our freedoms, regardless of the fact that this will give some undesirables better treatment than they deserve. I'd rather 10 guilty men go free, than one guilty man spend a night in jail.

I believe that Paris Hilton has been treated unfairly.
After all. What the heck did she do to deserve jail time.
As far as I know she forgot to renew her drivers license and then forgot to show up for a court date!
Then she was sentenced to 45 days in jail.
There are murderers who get off with less time than that. OJ got off with no time.
Many dope carriers and salesman, muggers, drive by shooters ad nauseum get off scot free so why not Paris Hilton?

Actually yes they freed her it would be injustice to place her back in prison after there had been a arrangement made. Paris is in no way capable of dealing with this show and to think she was doing better, this misdemeanor may end up being the biggest freak show in LEGAL HISTORY.
