Paris Hilton was taken from a courtroom screaming and crying Friday seconds after a judge ordered her returned to jail to serve out her entire 45-day sentence for a parole violation in a reckless driving case.

"It's not right!" shouted the weeping Hilton. "Mom!" she called out to her mother in the audience.

Hilton, who was brought to court in handcuffs in a sheriff's car, came into the courtroom disheveled and weeping. Her hair was askew and she wore a gray fuzzy sweatshirt over slacks. She wore no makeup and she cried throughout the hearing.

It's illegal what they did if they gave her home confinement then they can not arrest her unless she breaks home confinement.

She is acting like a spoiled brat. If it were anyone else screaming "mom" or "it's not right", the bailiff may have roughhandled that person. Just because you have lots of money and you are a famous actress doesn't mean you are immuned to the law. Paris for some reason must have been dillusional to think that no one would put her in jail. Winona Ryder went to jail. Why not Paris?

I think they should have never let her serve her sentence at home because of course there's going to be a huge public outcry. She should have just stayed in jail and served her sentence like any other normal person would. I also think everyone who is attacking Paris needs to just leave her alone, she screwed up, let her do her time. Its not that big of a deal.

My thoughts? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!!!! I am so tired of her and the rest of the drugged up, drunken, whorish spoiled girls in Hollywood doing whatever they want behind the wheel and getting a slap on the wrist! Driving drunk is a serious thing, people hurt or kill themselves and/or other people, and these celebrities (and everyone else in the country) needs to realize that. My father was hit by a drunk driver and he survived (Thankfully) so when I see this sh*t it makes me sick. You need to be punished for that because its the WORST thing you can do behind the wheel. Are they just waiting for one of these girls to kill themselves or someone else before they get in trouble? Maybe next time they go clubbing and decide to get drunk and show their crotch to the world... they'll think twice. If that were me or you, no one would care if they threw us in jail for years, let alone one month. Why is it she can drive drunk twice, and then drive on a suspended license and not have ONE serious consequence? House Arrest? Geez, I guess it is serious punishment for her to be in her lavish Hollywood home for a whole month! What about all those parties she's missing? That is so not HOT!! So what did they want to do, extend her probation again? Because it obviously didn't work the first time. So... she was going to basically get in no trouble, but Brandy gets charged with vehicular manslaughter for a traffic accident? What the hell?! I hope they throw Nicole Richie and Lindsey Lohan right in there with her. Suck it up Paris! (Not literally, because we all know how you get down).

It's good that the officials have reinstated the punishment, but it must be a horrible experience for her.

She should have done the first two lesser penalties responsibly and she wouldn't have to go to jail in the first place.

She knows she causes a buzz out of small things, so she should have known better.

Although I sympathize her, even for just a little bit. :-D She's only human, afterall.

If you can't do the time, don't do the crime! Good for the judge! If your average Joe/Jane has to go to jail for such violations, why not Paris Hilton? Besides, she's just a lame wannabe.

I think they should have given her a contempt of court citation also and sent her away for another 30 days.

awww poor Paris, no champagne and pool boys for a month and a half...

Now can we get her off my damn TV so I can watch real news?

They did it because a Sherriff has no authority to release people from jail...only a judge can do that...or the governor, or president.

I loved it, but Paris herself can cut that time in half - for every day she behaves herself, she'll get one day off as good time. If she's smart, she'll keep her mouth shut and she'll do about two and a half weeks.

Or she can scream the entire 45 days and amuse us all.
