causes an infection in an unsuspecting new owner? Someone I know wants to give an unfixed-unvaccinated kitten away. What would the owner be liable for. The kitten is not use to human contact, and runs away from people.

let me try and field this one...NO THEY ARE NOT!!! leave the poor woman alone, it has nothing to do with you. i'm glad she got out early, i doubt if any human being on this planet has had this many stones cast at them for driving with a suspended liscense...she could build another hotel for her parents with the amount that are piling up around her..and she is so freaking hot...

She was originally given only 45 days in jail, then knocked down to 23 days but ended up serving 3 days! Do you believe the system is economically and racially bias seeing how had it been anyone else like you and me that committed the same thing, we would of been on death row?

I can find no state statute, law, or ammendment that says that there is a minimun age difference between someone over the legal age of consent and the person being accused of the crime. It was with consent and no one denys that. Why am I still being charged and going before a jury trial?

I stepped outside from the rear entrance of the liquor shop at 10.30pm and was held up by a man with a weapon. I was carrying $2500 and had no security escort. I am expected to walk the money approximatley 100 meters from outside the liquor shop up to the entrance of the main bar by myself.
I have not been sleeping well, having bad dreams. I have lost my appetite. I cannot concentrate at Uni and even lost my sex drive since it happened.

My family got sick. We bought drinks, there was a code number. We had food poisoning and diarrhea. We asked the manufacturer, the drinks expired many years ago.

The store acted negligently, because they sold bad food.

I got a summons from a court, regarding a lawsuit against me, and my name is spelled completely wrong. In fact, they have the wrong name on every piece of information I've gotten from the lawyers or the courts. I'm not sure what my next step should be. Any advice or suggestions?

I heard that he's a Mormon. Does he have to sleep with 50 women like Brigham Young? The ladies would not like to be treated like property! Just imagine if every guy was Mormon! I recently was told by the family of my daughter's rapist that they have copies of my victim impact statement released by the DA. Before i wrote it I had asked my caseworker from the victim's rights unit if they would see it and she assured me that it would be private. Is this a violation of my rights to privacy? To make it even worse...the family is related to my fiancee and now they are trying to get him to leave me over the information they obtained.
