She was originally given only 45 days in jail, then knocked down to 23 days but ended up serving 3 days! Do you believe the system is economically and racially bias seeing how had it been anyone else like you and me that committed the same thing, we would of been on death row?

What would she get if she violated the law for the FOURTH time? 4 days in jail? She could of killed someone, but pretty white rich spoiled brats are exempted from the law it seems. Geez, her parents just have a string of Hotels all over the world, it is not like they invented the cure for AIDS, she was just born with a silver spoon in her mouth, her IQ does not seem to meet 2 digits but the media loves to make her out as something out of the Bible!

Give me a break about "overcrowding" or "medical conditions" or whatever was the excuse that got her out, had it been anyone of us, the system would have a way gettting us in there. OK, I exaggerated about going to death row over DUI but think about how many people are sent to jail for doing something less threatening to human life.

If it had been anyone else, who is NOT rich........they would have done the entire sentence. This proves that the rich are exempt from the law.

Yeah righhhhhhht. nobody has gone to death row for drunk driving, not even man slaughter (killing someone by mistake) for killing someone under the influence. Death row is reserved for those whose purposely and premeditaraly kill someone without remorse. It was sheriff Baca the head honcho of the LA Sheriff's department who let Paris Hilton out because he felt that the jails are over crowded, and Paris was costing it too much money. So he made up the excuse of her having a medical problem, and her getting 40 days in home confinement with a monitering device instead. He could possibly be in trouble with the courts, and be found guilty of contempt of the court, and be fined, fired or both. We'll soon find out because the judge is pissed off, and has ordered a court date, so let's see what happens. Paris is actually a good person with a kind heart, she just thought with her fame, and family fortune that she could do whatever she wanted, but now I think she's back to earth. I predict that the judge is going to make her go back to a jail and pay for it instead of the Sheriff's dept.

Angry? No. Paris Hilton is not important enough to get angry about. She will never contribute anything of meaning or value to her community.

Disappointed? Absolutely. This appears to be an example of justice having a price tag. If you can afford it, you can get a fairer shake than your less fortunate neighbor. A sad commentary on what should be the fairest legal system in the world.

because of the fact she's Paris Hilton. it is going to extremely take her killing somebody to get into any genuine warm water... or maybe then she'll get particular attention. Time to easily learn how to stay with the actuality that wealthy human beings and celebs do no longer stay by potential of the comparable rules because of the fact the rest human beings.

I read that she has to report back to court. Far as I'm concern she's not off the hook just yet. The judge is not the one who allowed to be released. Her attorney apparently pulled off some trick or something. Paris have to face judge again. There's a possibility she may return to jail.

Well the judge ain't happy, and she's to appear in the morning once again. I think the judge should also put the sheriff behind bars too. Since he took it upon himself to release her with a condition (leg monitor, and house arrest) that the judge had already ruled against.

Will see what happens tomorrow. She's supposed to show up in court at 9:00 am. The judge might send her back.

Society encourages her behavior by giving her attention. She wouldn't have gotten out early if nobody gave a **** about her. But people do. And people are talking, and that sells mags, produces blogs, and creates fodder for ET.

No one should be angry at Paris Hilton.

If you are upset that she got out of prison then blame the judge that allowed it.

The system is not really biased, however having a great legal team will help.

Also she is not totally off the hook, she has to wear that ancle thing... and that won't go with her outfit.

I love Paris!
