I got a summons from a court, regarding a lawsuit against me, and my name is spelled completely wrong. In fact, they have the wrong name on every piece of information I've gotten from the lawyers or the courts. I'm not sure what my next step should be. Any advice or suggestions?

Some might say to ignore it if you aren't named in the suit; it's not your problem. If you are described in the suit, although mis-named, and will be called to answer for the charges, you're just delaying the inevitable and should have an attorney help you with the right strategy to deal with it properly (whether on procedural grounds or the substantive merits). Some cases are filed against "John Doe" and are allowed to proceed until you locate and name the actual defendant.

A motion to dismiss! That should be your next step!
