and if i might be so bold as to make a prediction....Paris Hilton will be a success at whatever she chooses to do with her life, and society's angst and critisism of her will only make her a stronger and determined person. she will become a true role model.

They are now. If you want to use them to escape justice then yes, we have every right to know if it's real, or serious enough to justify early release. If Manson claimed he should be let out for medical reasons, wouldn't you want more details? Paris Hilton offers nothing but photo ops. to society. She's a shallow spoiled crybaby, who is 70 pounds away from representing everything wrong with this country. Your loyalties are misplaced with her. She brought the country's hatred on herself, with her I'm better then you attitude.

P.S. In court lots of evidence might not be able to be used against a defendant because of privacy issues, but if the defense brings it up (like medical records) then so can the prosecution. It's called opening the door.

Paris, lives in the United States as a United States Citizen she has certain rights afforded to her as do the rest of us. Her medical records are NOT our business at any time unless she authorizes her medical records to be released. End of story.

Sorry - I did not think that Paris had any problem revealing all things ...

Maybe it would be best to reveal her medical records that the poor guys in the video's might know what treatments they could ask their doctors for when their plumbing starts to change color and crumble to dust??? At least it should be revealed for a head's up don't you think? Would you not want a warning of what is in your future?

And please - how in the world can one consider one such as Paris to be hot? Oh ... - hi mom - I want you to meet my new girlfriend Paris ... here - umm, let me slip this into the old VCR and you can see for yourself more than I could explain in a lifetime as to what she does the best ... cause she don't have to think to do this - even cockaroaches can do this - on the walls and ceilings for crying out loud ... and I never saw a hot cockaroach except those found after the french fries quit sizzelin'.

No offense Paris - just have a problem with girls having to make tapes of their sinful ways - just so they can find a sucker to pass on what the other 96 guys left behind; kind of like the old tying a pork chop around one's neck so the dog will play with ya? Here dude ... ummm - let's just pop in this t.v. thing and see what is behind bedroom door number 1 ... duhhhh

Kind of like the guy that went back to the hooker and started screaming at her - YOU ... YOU GAVE MEEEE AIDS - YOU *&)_&^*^*&)(*_)+(*_() - then the hooker looks the guy right in the eye and tells him and says - "I didn't give you nuttin sucker - YOU PAID FOR IT ..."

Paris is hot and so is ghenna ...

Peace;

Is slutty medical condition?

Medical record is always confidential but it looks pretty obvious her lawyers are just using medical condition as excuse. They made no effort to show judge exact medical condition she is suffering from. Which means they probably couldn't get medical diagnosis that will release Paris.

Lawyers just claimed without proof of her medical conditions.

Judge might have made harsh decision, but that's part of legal system. Some are harsher sentencer and some are not. Some court cases involve politics, like in Libby's case.

That's real world. Paris never lived in real world. She always had that bubble where she faced no consequences for her actions.

hot remark ????? hahaha. not hot, just silly. paris hilton can only ever become a success if her money is taken away and she can resourcefully succeed on her own....ain't gonna happen. success??? living on coke, bingedrinking ? putting innocent people in danger with her drunk driving ??? or are you talking about her fame as aporn star hahaha????? do you not understand, she isn't paid to do things she pays people to get her name out there.........in a few years she will either be dead through drink/drugs, or on the street turning tricks for tramps to get her cider fix...... wonder if YOU'D be so glad if the airhead hooker ploughed into your mother or your granny or your child.. grow up and try to get yourself a REAL woman hahahaha.

According to HIPPA laws (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996), her medical records are NOT any of our business. Medical history is private information to be disclosed only to those with a right to know (her doctors, shrinks, etc.). The paparazzi and general public do NOT fall under this umbrella--although they believe they should.

I won't say anything bad about Paris other than I hate the 24/7/365 news about her. She's not news. I care about Paris only slightly less than I care whom won American Idol (which is none at all)

But you're correct her medical records are not our business.

They are not public business. As far drivin under the influence, well, the government is very strict and very tough on offenders in many cases. Years of prison time for repeat offenders is the norm.

hope that helps, thanks

p.s. Her hotness is irrelevant!

Don't care about her medical records, don't really care about her period!!! She violated the law, and should serve her time like everyone else. No exceptions made because of a little "rash" or because she is a rich, white tart.. What a joke.

We've already seen everything else...her medical records aren't really that big of a deal.

And defending somebody because they're HOT...how childish. Hot or not...she's guilty of a crime. She's being given preferential treatment because she's a celebrity.
