If this is some kind of personal vendetta, my advice to you is forget it and trust me, you cannot call in a report to airline security anonymously....they will know who you are.
All airports have trained dogs for the purpose of detecting contraband, they will find it if this is more than a personal use, one time event.
Just think....... what if you are wrong. You would be open to civil litigation from the person you are accusing plus, the airline if the flight is delayed and criminal charges such as being a public nuisance. Are you really prepared to deal with that?
