i have found a piece of plastic which is very sharp on the end, i didnt swallow it and nothing happened. it was in one of the sandwiches.. i gave it in at the store and they gave me 2 drinks vouchers and a starbucks card with 50 pounds credit...
im i illegable for more ... whats the law against this kind of thing cos i told them if i did swallow it it couldve been fatal!!!

You have shot yourself in the foot.
By taking the drinks & gift card you have accepted that as payment for your trouble and have no case against them for any more.
Saying you could have swallowed it is no argument, you didn't and you have now, in effect, accepted their pay off for what actually happened.
Hell imagine the mess if everyone started suing for things that COULD happen.
PS: No lawyer will go near this - you no longer have the piece of plastic, and having already accepted their offer no case against them

u should have never accepted that gift from them. now they will use it against you. Basically you can call the dept of health and they will send someon there to investigate. Then also you need to get a lawyer if you feel thats what u wanna do. But the dept. of health will tell you the same thing, that there is really nothing you can do other than present the case to a lawyer.good luck.

Too late now, since you gave them the plastic and they gave you the drink voucher and the gift card with credit on it... you've reached an "agreement."
You should kept the plastic and the sandwich.

Looks like someone is out to make a quick buck. You didn't inject it, nor were you injured by it.
And how does Starbucks know that you didn't plant it there to try and make a quick buck. You can not hold them responsible.

get a lawer and tell them you could have choked and died, heck if a women can get millions form mc donnalds for hot coffe, then you should too!
