You need the TRO from the county you live in, not Georgia. How are they threatening you? If you have proof of that across state lines the FBI will get involved.

Filing a restraining order in Ga. is not what you need to do. Get one in the state where you live and have it recorded with the appropriate clerk of court in the county where the person lives in Ga.
