My 5 month old cat keeps lying down, won't stop meowing or yowling or something. She's acting weak. Is she in heat? For how long will she be in heat? How much does it cost to get a cat spayed?

He has done something to his shoulders or neck and is walking strangely, holding his chin close to his chest and walking with his front feet as if he's about to fall forward. I don't really know how else to describe it except he's acting really stiff. Some background is that a day before we noticed this problem, he had gotten out and we didn't know it. He was scratching at the door frantically and looked terrified when we opened the door.

Unfortunately, having the holiday season just go by, we don't have the money to take him to a vet and I just started a job at a Vet clinic as a Vet Tech and I think it'll be awhile before clinic benefits kick in. I'm really worried about him and was wondering if there was any Vet Techs out there that would know how to examine him at home to make sure it's not anything too serious.

I feed my 4 month old kitten 1/2 a can of food in the morning and 1/2 a can of food at night and leave dry food and water for him out all day long. Is this good enough?

She is going to the vet on Thursday this week....they already know about this and told me that its just from the dental surgery she had and thats why she has a runny nose and drools alot. Every hour i wipe her nose with a wet cloth. I can tell it irritates her alot too because she will paw at it...and give her self a bloody nose from scratching herself.
What else can i do to make her nose less runny?

I have two cats, both three years, and they have always used the litter box. Now they have suddenly started uninating in my son's room and in my bathtub. They still poop in the litter box. I keep the litter box clean. How can I get them to start peeing in the litter box again? This behavior has been going on for about a month.

This past summer Lily had a few fleas. I used Front Line, she has had multiple baths in the past six months. Pretty sure she doesn't have any fleas left since she also doesn't have nearly as much of that beautiful long hair left either. She is no longer allowed to sleep in my room because her constant itching and twitching keeps me awake at night. Any suggestions? Thanks, Tish

Ever since then, he will get attached to an item of clothing or blanket and drag it off. He will get this really low meow, find what he is attached to at that moment, drag it off and hunker down like he is humping it. My other kitty does not do this. Is there a way to get him to stop. Did they miss something when they were neutering him?

I read on here that if you put paprika in your yard it will keep stray cats out. Do you put it on the perimeter of your yard or what?? TY!
