it is sliding across the floor by itself!!

Lock the catbox! (Some of us do watch TV... LOL)

I use one of the rubber cat box mats under mine. It has a double purpose... litter box stays in place, and the kitty unknowingly wipes her feet on the way out. LOL! Litter box AND litter stay in place! :)

If your floor has a slant to it and it's wet under the box, the box will slide all by itself. And if it's wet under the box because your cat overshot, try getting a larger box with taller sides and place newspaper under the box for insurance and easy clean up.

The commercial has one guy singing Lock the Cashbox but the other guy says Stop the Catbox yet it is Rock the Casbah by Clash. The commercial was saying listen to your music whether you know it or not ..

Place either a rubber mat or carpet peice under the box. Also both will help keep litter from tracking.

Why would you want to stop it? I'm sure your cat is enjoying the ride and doesn't mind if you join him/her.
