I'm just wondering how many pounds you lost in what period of time and which pill? I've take diurex but it doesnt do anything. And the gym isnt working I need some motivation, like a head start in dropping pounds. Thanks

I am overweight and in school, a very hard thing. I have alot of friends, I dress well but dont feel like I look well. We are shooting a school movie and I need to look better... I have a new diet plan to begin and I know some workouts, but what will be the most EXTREMELY affective? And does my goal seem reasonable?

i have a strong upper body i can bench about 180 but i have trouble doing a single push up. I have man bobbiez =P i wanna get rid of and people say do push upz and benching but i havent seen no results and i have been doing them for about 3 months iz there anything else i can do?

My dad is visiting this week. My mom is in another province so he's comign down for a while..which is good because I havent seen him in FOREVERR!!<33
Anyways.. Im dieting.
And tonight he called and asked if Shake n Bake chicken was okay.
I said sure, whatever, because I didn't want him to have to make anything else after he had already bought it.
So my question is. Is chicken skin really all that horrible for you?
If I don't have the chicken skin, I'm simply not eating the chicken, I'll gace abagel. So, answer please, and tell me why. Easy ten points, no?

i'm so fat and ugly. i can't stand to look at myself because i am so covered in fat. i've tried dieting and i do loads of exercise. there is no medical reason either. why the hell can't i be skinny like everyone else? it's not fair and i just can't live like this anymore! i don't ever look pretty and thin and i can't work out why i'm not looking right. i eat 600 - 800 cals a day and do at least two hours exercise. All my friends are gorgeous and thin and i am the ugly fat one who nobody is ever going to attractive :(

ps sorry i'm ranting on but i just need some one to tell me how to get thinner!

Several people have told me recently that most fruits contain too much sugar for you and you can get all the nutrients found in fruits from vegetables anyway, then suggested that i cut fruits out of my diet. But I have always been told fruits were really healthy. Anyone know anything about this?

im 14 and have a little bit of a "belly" and veryy small "bingo wings" i want to get rid of by xmas...

so im not looking to lookse a massive amount of weight... just turn some excess fat into muscle :o)

im eating more healthily and each night im doing things that i would normally do in a warm up at my dancing class... like jogging on the spot whilst pumping my arms up and down for around 6 mins... attempting to keep my arms outstreched for a whole song (3 mins approx) without putting them down.... and around 50-70 stomach crunches.

is this enough to loose my small amount of excess fat?

Hiya im 15, 5ft6 and 98lbs. My mum and dad keep gettin on at me to eat something but i dont want to ! in a day i will probably eat an apple and maybe another piece of fruit. My periods have also stopped ! i dont really see anything wrong with it do you ???? xx

next semester i am taking a step class that meets twice a week for and hour, a cardio kickboxing class that meets one day a week for 2 hours and a regular boxing class one day a week for two hours. will this get me in shapew and help me lose about 15lbs? i am 5'3 and weigh about 134. i have prety good eating habits but not perfect...

im 16 and ever since the 8th grade i noticed i have really huge thighs. not fatty, fit. im not a big girl. i have a six pack. and I am a die heart athelete. but compared to all my friends its so weird. they make me feel so huge. helpp!!! I'm recovering from anorexia. I once weighed only 6.2 stone at 5ft which meant i had a bmi of about 17. Making me underweight. I'm now recovering, and have gained about a stone and am no 7st. I now have a healthy bmi. I eat a healthy diet, including 3 meals and a healthy snack. I work-out at the gym for about an 1hr each day.

Please tell me if i'll get my periods back!
i'm only 14 and am desperate not to stunt my growth or become infertile. (i've not had my period for 5 months)

I eat real foods: leafy greens, whole grains, lean meats, fresh fruits, low-fat dairy, et cetera. I'd like to purge the fortified and enriched foods from my diet because they should be unnecessary. Does the government not trust us to make healthy food choices?

Alright So I am eighteen years old and a freshman in college who is just starting to feel those freshman fifteen. I now weigh between 125 and 130. I've decided to start the special k diet today. Today (it's about eleven A.M.) I've eaten a bowl of Special K yogurt and berries with milk, and a small tangerine.

Any tips about what kind of cereal to eat? The water and bars are kind of spendy? Times to eat? Dinner? Any other tips? Thank you so much!
