next semester i am taking a step class that meets twice a week for and hour, a cardio kickboxing class that meets one day a week for 2 hours and a regular boxing class one day a week for two hours. will this get me in shapew and help me lose about 15lbs? i am 5'3 and weigh about 134. i have prety good eating habits but not perfect...

With that much activity you should lose up to 10lb but it really helps if you can cleanse your body it will seem like the weight will just melt off and you will see the effects of the work outs a lot more. Check out the web site and watch the video it explains how it all works and why it works they also have great success stories. I have lost 10lb doing it and 2inchs off each of my thighs and any women with a pear shape body knows that is a blessing.

You will probably lose weight with that much activity if its a big increase in activity be careful not to burn out or over train.

save time and money during the week by buying lean protein such as chicken breasts in bulk and cooking a weeks worth on sunday night

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge

Only if you watch your diet. Don't assume that because you are being more active that you will automatically lose weight. You may actually gain weight if you gain muscle. But, you will feel better and your clothes will fit better.
