like i know skinny people dont but like average people in the middle cause i do... or am i just fat?

I have been doing exersice, eating healtier, specially salads, and drinking lots of water, and i haven't lost a pound, am i doing something wrong? am i missing something?

what kind of exercise should i start doing?, i ve been doing crunches, and push-ups

what kind of diet should i follow?

i want to begin an eca stack within the next couple of days, but i cant seem to find anything over the counter that contains ephedrine> the only thing i found is some asthma medicine, but i dont have asthma and dont know if i can safely take that stuff. Can someone tell me some over the counter medicine that contains 25 mg of ephedrine or if theasthma medicine will be okay to take?

Do you think Is should gain weight? I'm just talking a few pounds.

I'm 4' 11'' ALMOST 5', I'm in the 9th grade, I'm a girl, and I weigh 92 pounds.

I was 95 lbs. just a few weeks ago and my doctor said I was good. For some reason I lost a few pounds. I've been like this (gaining and losing a few pounds) for a a month or two now. Should I gain a few pounds? What should I do to stay healthy?

Which is a better workout to keep my heart rate going and to lose more weight?

A) Jog 1 mile (about 8 minutes) Walk 2 minutes and repeat 3 times THEN walk at a fast pace for 25 minutes

OR

B) jog 20 minutes THEN walk for five THEN jog for 10 THEN walk for five THEN jog 5 minutes

OR

C) just walk at a fast pace for 45 minutes?

also, should i be working out longer than 45 minutes?

i am 13 yrs old and weigh 170lb. i have been on every diet imagineable and nothing helps me loose a pound and my parents dont care and continue to by doughnuts and othe crap.

BFAST:
half a plain bagel
light n fit yogurt smoothie (70 cals)

LUNCH:
couple carrots/ organic yogurt/ orange

DINNER:
baked potato with reduced fat sourcream/ a grilled slice of chkn on wheat bread

DESSERT/SNACK:
water melon.. lite cool whip mixed with peanut butter...

i stepped on the scale. says a number i dont possibly kno how it could get there.. since i worked out.. and i ate FAR worse last week and didnt gain (had sweets) HELP !! WHAT AM I DOING WRONG>??IS THE OORGANIC PEANUT BUTTER MAKING ME GAIN WEEIGHT? =*(

what's the best 1 week diet for quick weight loss results.
i want to take off about 5 lbs. My strategy has always been to do slim fast and one light supper meal. I've done cabbage soup. What are some newer quick weight loss fast / diets ?
Anyone had good results with anything ? Looking for new ideas.

ima freshman in high school, andi have been workin out for the past 5 months on and off but for 3 months strait. i run, i just started playing baseball, and im just and althletic person. but i mean, why dont i have a six pack? im active, i do 100+ crunches a night, but i dont even begin to see any true definitin in my abs. is a six pack generic? im also a vegarian if that has anything to do with it but i drink a protein shake b4 bed. its agggrivating, i am 10% body fat, should i be any lower, would i see results if i lowered my fat percentage?

I'm 6'2" and i weight about 165 pounds. Im 17 and im looking to gain more muscle mass. I just started lifting again, and as of now im doing..
Monday- Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
Wednesday- Legs
Friday- Biceps, Traps, Lats

Im looking for someone to maybe give me a better workout plan to add more muscle, and tell me if there is anything wrong with the regimen i have now.

I only eat breakfast on weekends because I'm not hungry at all at 6 in the morning. I haven't been eating lunch at school because it's disgusting and the lines are always too long. I also don't want to bring my own lunch because I probably won't eat it anyways.
I get back from school at like 4:00 and eat when I get home ( I eat a normal portion, no binging or anything.)
I'm not trying to lose or gain weight, but if I keep doing this what will happen?

im a male in freshmen year and im 5"7 and the last time i checked i weighed 121lbs which was like 2 months ago and i just want to know if i have a sixpack because when i look at my stomach i see 2 weird squares that have formed at where the ribcage makes an upside down V or where the ribcage alost touches by your stomach and i have 2 more little squares right below those but then right below that i have nothing but a little bit of stomach. But i dont no because when i sit down ithe little squares disappear n my stomach becomes flat but when i bend down or something some of my fat folds in 3 seperate regions where the lines that seperate the sixpack are ? do i have a sixpack or am i fat

Does benching even help forearms get bigger? or do you have to work on grip and curls to get them big..
what I mean is that if you actually bench press and do other exercises like that for the chest , will the forearms get big as well? or are specific exercises needed to make the forearm bigger..( dont tell me, i kno a lot of exercises i just want to know if benching is enough to make it big)
