I myself workout like this
Monday-back
tuesday-shoulders
wednesday-legs
thursday- biceps and triceps, abs
friday- chest
saturday cardio, swimming
I prefer to workout each muscle a different day, because it allows me to concentrate more on the specific muscle group.

Thats an awesome routine bro..

Focus on movements, not muscle groups though...

So monday, is a PUSH day... all pushing movements...
Keep it balanced.... 2 vertical push, 2 horizontal push...

meaning 2 shoulder exercises and 2 chest exercises... then after those ... do some dips to finish off your tris

Friday: pulls... same thing... 2 horizontal pulls.. 2 vertical pulls... then finish off some curls.

Wednesday: Legs... same thing... 2 push movements (squats, lunges) and 2 pull movements (Romanian dead lift, pull throughs) and then finish off your calves.

Looks like your rockin man, just keep it up and measure your BF % and weight to see how much LBM your adding and you'll be fine man.

check with the club you are joining they will help you cross train. work at your own pace though or you will burn out! start walking first treadmill to try and regain lung straight because of the smoking, also join a club that has a steam sauna, after you work out use it to loosen the junk in your lungs, good luck

Sounds good to me. Lift weights every other day. Don't forget to stretch.
