The typical answer for a medium-boned person is 100 pounds for 5 feet plus 5 pounds for each additional inch. So an average 5'8" person would be 140. Twenty percent or more below that is anoerexic. I would say that 126 (low) up to 140 would be considered thin to normal. Of course, there are other factors to take into account like age (you usually are on the lower end of the scale when you are younger); muscle mass; bone structure etc.
The goal is to be healthy for your body type.

Average weight for young healthy women five eight is somewhere between 110 and 160 pounds, depending on the woman’s body frame, and family background. Your family doctor can give you a better diagnosis than anyone on here. Any information given is for the majority of average women and not for the individual themselves.

This depends on muscle mass, bone structure and body type.

Generally, 136-150 lbs. This website has many other great resources (http://www.shape.com/tools/calc/ideal/)

Don't be distracted by people like Cameron Diaz, who at 5'8.5" is 120-125 lbs...they don't actually look very good/healthy in real life, I bet!
