The problem is I can't find my height (6'7") on most of the charts that are available. And also, do they take into account the size of ones body frame? (I have a large frame.)

They have body weight/body fat scales out there - My gym has one. You may want to look into that as it gives you a better representation of what you need to do for yourself health wise.
Wow..you are 6'7!
You are taller than me.

I'm guessing you're a male.

A male who's 5'0 should be 106 lbs, then add 6 lbs for every inch. If you have a large frame, add about 10 lbs.

Of course, it may be different. There's no true IDEAL weight because every body is different. Some are more muscular which can cause them to weigh MORE but look leaner and be fitter. Ask a doctor if you're concerned.

I say step on the scale. If you like what you see, then that's your ideal weight. If not, those other answers up there might help. LOL

Find out your body fat percentage, weight is not a good gauge of obesity.

and you also have a body fat calculator there, I'm sure it would help you calculate what your ideal weight should be!

Do the pinch test, so much more accurate. If you are lean, you shouldnt worry.
