How can i lose about ten lbs by christmas time if im 5'1 and 119lbs?

Lowfat diet, drink only water..... exercise every day, cardio, elliptical machine, exercise bike, treadmill or aerobics.... dont eat junk food or eat sugar or drink soda.....

Liquid diet. Don't say I didn't warn U about its side-effects though. It does work if properly done.

you have a month so if you eat, like, 1000 calories a day and try to exercise, it should be easy.
