i want to begin an eca stack within the next couple of days, but i cant seem to find anything over the counter that contains ephedrine> the only thing i found is some asthma medicine, but i dont have asthma and dont know if i can safely take that stuff. Can someone tell me some over the counter medicine that contains 25 mg of ephedrine or if theasthma medicine will be okay to take?

Yes the asthma medicine is OK, but be careful about how much you buy at the store. That is the stuff meth-heads use to make ice so buying too much at the store will make you look suspicious.
ECA stacks were always good fat burners when ephedra was legal. It makes me mad that because a couple of fat dummies thought that they could starve themselves and take exercising to the extreme without dying, they had to ruin it for the rest of us. I mean, those guys also jogged around in heavy sweatsuits and garbage bags, but I don't see a national committee to get those removed from the store.
