C. is better but I would lessen it to 30 minutes a day. It depends on your physicality and endurance. Walking or what I like to call power walking is great and easier on the knees. Jogging is a constant pounding and can cause more injuries. Swing the arms and as them come up breathe out. Try to get some inclined roads in there and don't stop because you need to get that heart rate up. You might even want to use some light hand weights. Start slowly and gradually increase your time, especially if you haven't exercised in awhile or at all. ALWAYS warm up by stretches, particularly in your hamstrings or you will subject yourself to injuries. Wear good and supportive athletic shoes.

Well you definately dont wont to over worout, but i think about 35-45 minutes is the max you should do for the first month of your trainging, and also, strecth out before you run or watever cuz you can get more out of a workout, also start swimming, its the best way to excercise....

Probably jogging burns more calories. But I like walking better. I am a fast walker so I burn something.

keeping your heart rate up helps you to lose weight so what ever one you think will work you the hardest chosse but dont make them too hard that once your done you sit on the couch the rest of the day once your done running or what ever try a cardio vascular video on a section you want to work on ex. thigh, glute, abs etc
