Well, I love just sitting and munching on a big peice of broccoli..but most people I know don't. :D
I like a little bit of yogurt&almond/raisin granola mix sprinkled on top.
Almonds are high in fat, but they are the good fats, the omega three/six fats, try a hand full of those.
Also, to fill you up drink a waterbottle with your snacks. No cals. :P
Or if you want something more tasty add some chrystal light to it .. only five calories!
If you have a chocolate craving that particular day..try a cadburry thin bar.. 100 calories, or a 100 calorie snack pack. They're really good, and recommended for dieters.
Triscuit crackers&peanut butter are delicioous too.. Triscuit crackers are high in fiber which is veryy important to a healthy diet, and peanut butter is a good, easy source of protein.
Mini-wraps are good too, with balsamic vinaigrette dressing (or any type of healthy dressing, usually the not creamy types such as any vinaigrette or greek.) with egg whites mixed in. Egg whites are an excellent source of protein.
Nature valley bars are delicious and range from 120-180 calories. Fiber-Source Nature Valley bars have five grams of fiber!
If you want something salty..try ritz chips, 0 trans fat and reduced saturated fat. They also are branded with the "sensible solution" logo.
Nuts are high in protein, almonds which I mentioned before are the healthiest, but peanuts, cashews and walnuts are good too. (but remember..6 walnuts is equal to 20 almonds, 20 cashews or 20 peanuts.)
There's also this HEALTHY snack called a "peanutty banana"
Take a banana, cut straight down it. Then take 1 tbsp of peanut butter and butter both the sides. Then sprinkle in raisins or dry cranberries. 220 calories and it's 2 grams of protein!
Also "ants on a log"
1 tbsp peanut butter on 1 celery stick with raisins on top.
"Open Faced Cheesy Sandwhiches"
1 whole wheat english muffin topped with 1 tbps REDUCED FAT (only 60 cal.) cheez whiz by Kraft with chopped broccoli florrets and cherry tomatoes.
220 calories. =]
I hope I helped.
Happy Snacking!
I think I'll go have some almonds...

Take it from someone who has done all that missing out meals thing because i was too busy...it is doing your body no good at all if you do it on a regular basis...when you get hungry your stomach produces digestive juices that if you miss meals will eventually lead to constant indigestion and heartburn as it will erode the lining in your stomach....take a sandwich a pie a pot noodle just anything but don't miss meals too regular

My favorites:
Snacks:
Low carb yogurt, protein shakes/bars, pre-made (night before) turkey or peanut butter sandwiches, tuna & whole grain crackers, a piece of fruit, nuts, raisens, dry whole grain or oat cereal, cheese, assorted cut up veggies...

Meals:
Sometimes it's a snack from above. I also keep "cup of soup" type items in my drawer in case I forget my lunch. Cold, leftover chicken/turkey from the night before is great on salad. I have even wrapped lunchmeat in lettuce leaves or packed veggies in a pita or whole wheat wrap thenight before. I find with LOTS of plastic-ware, planning and snack baggies...I can have a healthy meal/snack ready at any time. Finding TIME is still an issue...
I travel a ton for work and I am often so busy (or with clients or on a conference call) that I "forget" to eat at work. I set the alarm on my watch to chime every 2 hours to remind me to eat and I make sure I am well prepared. I often "pre-package" my nuts, raisens and bulk items in snack baggies so I can throw them in my desk. I also pack my lunch the night before and have it in the bag, in the fridge to grab and go.

Staying prepared forces me to think about it more so I am more aware.

Additionally, those 100 calorie packs are great as long as you eat just 1.

Bananas
Drink milk / milkshakes
Cheese, beans or eggs on toast
Toasted sandwiches (if you can get those toastie bags you put the whole thing in the toaster, they're great!)
Soup from a tin
You can get ready cooked chicken strips frozen from supermarkets, defrost a handful & have with salad
and microwave dinners don't take long you know!

Sandwiches, bags of trail mix, bags of cereal (They make excellent snacks), protine bars, health bars, yogurt cups, bagles + cream cheese.

You could do what I do and cook up meals before hand, that way all you have to do is pop them in the microwave and eat them that way.
