i excersize and music mativates me but is there anything else, i mean after listening to the same music over and over again while excersizing it does get abit boring

just think about that girl u like and how sexy she will think u are if u look really fit. and that will motivate u

I think about all the people that have done damage to me in the past, all the things they said/did. It makes me angry and helps me lift a lot more, and it gets those bad thoughts out of my mind for a while. Sounds kinda girly, I know but anger and pain are great motivators.
Sometimes if I've had a really bad day instead of relaxing and shrugging it off I'll go to the gym and think about whatever went wrong that day, this really helps me too. Give it a try.

Firstly, it's spelt 'exercise'. I've tried different ways of motivation and I struggle as well. If you are just referring to exercising alone, How about treating yourself to a few bits of gym equipment?

If you're referring to weight loss, I find the best thing (I've lost 4 stone so far) is to weigh myself daily and record my weight on MS Excel - and I included a formula that automatically works out your Body Mass Index (BMI) which is a huge boost - being able to see you go down from obese to overweight to normal.

I usually get motivated after I see pics or someone on tv in really good shape....or go put on your swim suit that'll motivate ya!

Think about running in to someone that you havent seen in a while and you look great and feel great and thats the image you want them to remember you as not fat.

ask someone you like to exercise with you? or put an ideal figure post on the wall, thinking you're becoming like that.
