If you mean are there any benefits of not adding sugar? Then yes, 1.) it's so much better for your teeth and 2.)it reduces the calorie content.
If you mean using an artificial sweetener, then not really, if I were you I would go without. We still do not know the true side effects from the chemicals, though one (aspartame) is LINKED with brain tumors, however, this is a correlation and not a cause, and so may be a coincidence.
If you don't want to use sugar or sweeteners, try a bit of honey, it'll do the job and is great if you have a sore throat.
I would just like to point out that if sugar was completely bad for you, your body wouldn't use it, we do need some of it, but it doesn't have to be added, for example, we get fructose with fruit.

Many people believe that herbal teas are great for you.
The truth is that although they're not going to work miracles, they are better for you than soda or other over-sweetened drinks.
My mother, who was born and raised in North Carolina, thinks that a big glass of sweet tea can fix anything.
I have to admit, it tastes pretty darn good, and it definitely tastes better than soda.
:)
So I don't know if it'll make you a healthier person, but if you replace your unhealthy drinks with teas, you'll definitely be healthier.

candy tea ability which you set some thing interior the tea to make it candy. you should use white sugar, honey, starch, brown sugar, blablabla, and the tea will flavor candy, notwithstanding, white sugar is the least healthful one. And sure, candy tea would be extra undesirable than popular tea.
