which is more effective for building muscle superpump 250 or muscle milk? Im 18, I go to the gym 4 times a week and i do both cardio and weight/ resistance training...

just go with whey protien(about 1 1/2grams per pound) and creatine. muscle milk is protien based superpump is creatine based. i would go with the protien first but if you can affored go with both

I don't know about the superpump, but I recently finished a tub of muscle milk, and I hated the stuff, I will never buy that again
